Exchanges and Returns
Univy Technology offers its customers quality products, seeking partnerships with the best suppliers in the various categories it sells. To maintain the credibility gained and always achieve consumer satisfaction, we created an Exchange and Return Policy, which we explain below.

1 – Under the terms of Univy Technology’s Return Policy, returns for canceling the purchase or exchanging products will be accepted if the item chosen is not satisfied, or the product sent does not correspond to what was requested (operational error), as long as the item is not has been used or damaged and is in the same condition in which it was received/purchased (in the original packaging, with no signs of use, with the original seal). The customer must examine the product immediately after delivery and check it in order to accept it or file a request for return. In this case, the wish to cancel must be promptly communicated to our Relationship Center by email.
If the conditions of Univy Technology’s Return Policy or applicable legislation are not respected, the costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer.
2- Check the conditions for canceling the purchase/exchanging the product below:
2.1 – Request made within seven calendar days after receipt of the product, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (once this period has elapsed, the product will be considered accepted by the customer);
2.2 – There is no violation of the packaging and/or seal, or any sign of use of the product.
Instructions for returning the product after canceling the purchase/exchanging the product:
This procedure is only carried out after contacting our Relationship Center via email and serves customers throughout the country. The product must be sent by DHL or FEDEX, with Acknowledgment of Receipt to the address to be indicated when contacting the company.
If the established conditions are not met, Univy Technology will not accept the return of the product.
If you make a cancellation request after the deadline for this operation has passed, your request will not be accepted.
- 1 The refund of amounts on the initiative of Univy Technology will occur in the following situations:
3.1.1 Impossibility of delivery of the purchased merchandise, due to internal processing errors, incorrect shipping or delivery failure caused/reported by the carrier.
3.1.1.1 If delivery is impossible due to delivery failure caused/reported by the carrier, such as the absence of a person qualified to receive it, irregular location, error in the indicated address, among others, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center, generating a refund, for part of Univy Technology, of the values corresponding to the prices of the products, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made to the buyer’s bank account with the same CPF number as the order.
3.1.2 If the merchandise purchased by the buyer is missing from the Univy Technology website, due to sales of the product, the amounts paid will be refunded to the buyer, using the same payment method used for the purchase. In these situations, the buyer will be notified of the incident.
